Introduction:
 This Tambour Door Line consists of 2 different slat styles that come in multiple colors shown below. From Appliance Garages, to Utility Carts, to Cabinet Openings, the sky is the limit for these space-saving designs. To make it easy, you can order kits that are cut to size and ready to install. Our C3 Counterbalance Lifting System insures smooth and easy SPRING LOADED ROLL-UP operation. The pre-cut kits below are only Vertical Operating and are only available in our Design 2. Standard designs fit into a Frameless Style Cabinet opening that is required to have 5" - 8" of available space at the top for the C3 mechanism. For apprx 24" Height Doors we recommend using our manual operating Design 1 if possible. Our standard sizes for kits are shown below and please also note the "opening sizes" required for the cabinet box. Custom sizes and parts are also available and explained in more detail below. Locks & Handle options are shown at the bottom of this page. Installation Screws are not included for most items. Standard size kits are a 2 week production time and are non-returnable. If you need your kit sooner, you can select to order parts & cut yourself in our quote form.

CUSTOM SIZED KITS
We can custom make to fit your exact size opening. "A5" for overlay installations. And our "A3" install can also be produced for inset doors, this is where the full kit with track & components will fit "inset" into your existing opening. Click: TRACK APPLICATIONS to review these options.  We do also offer a 1" wide Slat shown on the quote form. There is a 2.5 week lead-time for custom sized kits and they are non-returnable. For custom kits you need to submit for a quote with our quote form. Custom Kits can also be priced below by using the next highest opening sizes shown and adding 5% to get the price for custom kits . Adding Locks & different Handles also increases the price.

BUILDING YOUR CABINET BOX
The Standard A5 Vertical Frame Mounted Tracks will cover about 5/8" of a Vertical 3/4" wide Frameless Cabinet Upright. When installing consecutive doors side by side, 5/8" thick vertical material used to construct your cabinet box is recommended. This will allow the A5 - Frame Mounted Tracks to butt as shown in the picture just below with dishes. The Fascia Frame Cover Profile at the top of the Kit requires 1/2" thick cabinet box material if cabinet box is to be totally hidden.
